"Stranded roadside in Randolph County with a flat on a sweltering August Saturday with rain beginning to fall, I was greatly relieved to see that red pickup cresting the hill. Bobby loaded us up and to your shop we went. Two fresh tires later I was back on the road and got to the Daniel Boone Rally with daylight to spare. You guys are hands down the best motorcycle shop I have ever encountered. Thank you! "

"Recently I had to have my R1100R's head gasket's replaced. It was unscheduled, just happened on the way to this dealership to get a new rear tire. The repair, since it was unscheduled, took a long time also due to this happening during the peak season for tune ups. However, Richard was extremely fair in his pricing and very much impressed me with his professionalism and holding to his original quote. I will return many times for parts, service, and a new bike in the next year or two."

"Just purchased my 2nd motorcycle from Carolina BMW Triumph and could not be more pleased. I live in Charlotte but I drove 85 miles to Greensboro to purchase my 2007 T100. Just had the 500 mile service done and bike was completed when promised at a reasonable price and work was top notch. May have to drive a few extra miles but trip to Greensboro is sure worth it. A very nice purchase and serice experience."

"Bought my first road bike (Triumph) at Carolina BMW and I have to be honest, I couldn't be happier. Everyone at C. BMW were great to work with and I would definately send friends and family over there without a doubt. "

"Completely satisfied with my purchase of a pre-owned 2004 BMW K1200RS. Everything as advertised. Jason even came in to make this transaction when the dealership was closed! Carolina BMW is MY dealership from now on. Keep up the good work. Roger Hershberger, Waynesboro, VA"

"The people at Carolina Euro BMW treat the customers like family after the purchase. You won't find that kind of service or experience at other motorcycle dealers."

"Hi guys, I was so excited about the K12RS report, I forgot to tell you how the apparel worked so well on my 5400 mile cross country excursion recently. Temps ran from 43 degrees on leaving NC on the 1st of May to a high of 97 in Texas, heading to El Paso. The Arai Quantum II kept my head comfortable at all times. It fits so well there were times I could not even feel it's weight on my head. Undergarments included the BMW Summer Underwear which wicks the moisture away keeping one comfotable even in exteme heat under the sun. The Rallye II suite was warm on the cold days, and with the vents open, even in the 97 degrees across Texas, I was never too hot. The BMW Phase Change suite worked extremely well on cool mornings and could be worn up to about 70 degrees without becoming too warm. Finally, the BMW Transition Boots....Warm in the cold...very comfortable even in extreme heat. Also, I used a 3.0 liter Camelback resevoir in the back of my Rallye II jacket, the hose of which could be slipped up under the Arai helmet to maintain good hydration in the heat. All in all, the equipment worked beyond any of my expectations. Thank you Carolina BMW for your guidance. Tommi Lauer"

"Less than one year ago, I purchased my 2004 K1200RS from Carolina BMW with 4,000 miles on it. My recent 5,380 mile solo trip to California, returning through Colorado, proved the K12 to be a totally flawless bike. Absolutely phenomenal through the 40-50 mph cross winds on I-8 in California, wonderfully powerful across the 8,000 foot passes, and sheer comfort all the time. And, considering my riding experience is about 18 months and my age above 60, for a female this is the perfect bike for touring....except maybe the new K1200GT...mmmm. My gratitude for Jason and all his great staff in sales, parts, and service. I thank you. Tommi Lauer"

"The guys at Carolina Triumph are some of the best people I have ever come in contact with. I had a problem while traveling and they did everything possible to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. Keep up the good work!!!"

"Thanks for rejuvenating my /5, Carolina BMW! George Ratterman is a gem of a guy who kept me well informed as work progressed on my bike. Richard was also very helpful with parts sourcing for the old girl. Having 30 year old bikes still on the road is great advertising for BMW in my book! If I ever get an itch for a new one, guess where I'll look? "
